Hi, I'm Miriam.
Being human these days can feel like a lot. One minute you’re fine… and the next you’re not, and you’re thinking, what is actually going on with me?
The way we relate to ourselves—our thoughts, our emotions, our bodies—shapes how we move through everything else: our relationships, our work, our sense of direction, and how we show up in the world.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years in creative and educational spaces, where I learned how powerful it is to feel seen, heard, and able to express what’s really going on. That still shapes how I work today.
I believe our stories matter—but not in a polished, “everything makes sense” kind of way. In our work together, we make space for the full range of what it means to be human—grief, joy, confusion, growth—and start to understand the patterns that keep showing up.
From there, things begin to shift. You start to feel more connected to yourself, and more able to show up in your relationships and your life in a way that actually feels like you.

How I work:
Therapy with me isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s a real, collaborative process between two people trying to understand what’s going on and what might actually help.
I pay attention to more than just your words. I’m listening for what’s underneath—emotionally, physically, relationally. I use my own awareness as a kind of instrument to help sense what might be just out of reach, and to support you in finding your way toward it.
I’m a deeply feeling and intuitive person, and over many years of my own growth and practice, I’ve learned how to use that in a grounded, steady way. It means I can sit with big emotions without getting overwhelmed, and help you do the same.
My work is both depth-oriented and practical. We might explore patterns, relationships, and the stories you carry, while also building tools to help you navigate your day-to-day life. I draw from a range of approaches—psychodynamic, Jungian, parts work, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and somatic practices—always shaping the work around you.
I also bring a background in creative work, education, and years of supporting children and families, which continues to inform how I connect and communicate.
My practice is inclusive, culturally sensitive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I welcome individuals and relationships of all kinds.
There’s no perfect way to do this work. We go at your pace, and we figure it out together.
